This item is for sale as-is FOR PARTS OR REPAIR ONLY. This graphics card has a slightly bent PCB, a few dents & scratches on the backplate, and 2 missing screws. This GPU powers on and draws about 125 W of power (75-80 W through PCIE_1 and 45 W through PCIE_2) according to an Elmor Labs Power Measurement Device that was used during testing but it does not POST or display while installed in a working environment. The motherboard Hex code LED gets through all phases of initialization until it reaches "b2" and does not proceed any further & the VGA debug LED on the motherboard displays.

This was tested in a working system that has an MSI X299 Gaming Carbon Pro, an Intel Core i7-7800X, 2x4GB DDR4-2400MHz, and an EVGA SuperNOVA 1300 P+ 1300W PSU. No further testing was done.
